◆In 1957, Mr. Guest Vermeiren founded the Company in Antwerp, Belgium.
◆In 1988, the first sales branch company was established in France.
◆In 1989, the second and third branch companies were established respectively in Germany and Austria.
◆In 1994, the second production base was established in Poland.
◆In 1996, the fourth sales branch company was established in Italy.
◆In 2001, factories in Belgium and Poland respectively passed German TUV ISO 9001: 2000 certification.
◆In 2005, the third production base of Vermeiren was established in Suzhou.
◆In 2008, the factory buildings in Suzhou were expanded and the second stage of factory buildings were constructed.
◆In 2011, the fifth sales branch company was established in India.
◆In 2015, Vermeiren had a ten-year history in Suzhou.
